Frequently asked questions
What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx) and email files (.eml, .msg). Word and Excel files are automatically converted to PDF. Email attachments (PDF and Office files) are processed separately. Cost: 2 credits per PDF, 3 per Word/Excel file.
How accurate is invoice extraction?
Each extracted field receives a confidence score: high, medium or low. Digital PDFs with text give the best results. Scanned invoices are also processed but may yield lower scores. Multi-page invoices are processed in batches so context is preserved.
What is UBL export?
UBL (Universal Business Language, EN 16931) is the European standard for e-invoicing. With UBL export you can import extracted invoice data directly into accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. The format includes all line items, VAT breakdowns and vendor details.
Can I process multiple invoices at once?
Yes, upload up to 10 files at once. Each file is processed separately and you can view results per invoice. With multiple invoices you can export everything as one Excel file with a summary sheet. If a file contains multiple invoices, these are also recognised separately.
What languages and currencies are supported?
Invoices in all common languages are processed, including Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish. All currencies are supported — the currency type is detected and included in the export.
